In the event of an oversubscribed situation, neither method has an advantage over the other. Online entries receive a Date/Time stamp just as mailed entries receive a Postmark. Mail service has been extremely slow in 2007, even so, entries will be seen on the web site as accepted based on the postmark date, not the received date. It will just take longer for mailed entries to make an appearance on the list. If this Horse Trial is oversubscribed on opening date, entries postmarked by US Mail on opening day and entries made at EventEntries.com prior to 5:00 PM on opening date will be accepted. All others will be prioritized on the waitlist based on Postmark or Date/Time stamps.
